The Hillside Cottage is a cosy two hundred year old two bedroomed terraced cottage with views of the River Wear. The cottage is quite unusual in that it actually sits in the hill, hence the name. Outside is a small patio garden complete with garden furniture and bbq, ideal for relaxing in after a day touring the area.
